The Texas A&M College of Agriculture & Life Sciences is celebrating the art and science of BBQ at its 2nd annual tailgate with the Texas A&M BBQ Genius Counter being part of the activities.
Faculty and students from Texas A&M’s College of Agriculture & Life Sciences Meat Science program will be on hand to talk all things BBQ. So stop by the booth, ask us our thoughts on everything from meat selection, preparations, and seasonings and let’s compare notes on smoking, grilling, basting, marinading and meats.
