The Barbecue Summer Camp, co-hosted by Foodways Texas and the Meat Science Program of the Department of Animal Science at Texas A&M University, was held on Friday, June 7th through Sunday, June 9th, 2019. Two Barbecue Summer Camps scheduled for 2016
With the tremendous demand for participation in the Barbecue Summer Camp, two camps have been scheduled for 2016. The dates for the camps are June 10-12, 2016 and July 22-24, 2016 and will be held at the Rosenthal Meat Center on the campus of Texas A&M University.
